Administrative Assistant (Finance Department) - Relieves the National Financial Secretary (NFS) of administrative detail; performs a variety of advanced, complex/technical and often confidential secretarial work for the National Financial Secretary, National Business Council, Management Information Systems Steering Committee, Finance Commission, Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, SAWSO Executive Committee, SAWSO Board of Trustees; prepares and types minutes for the same; prepares technical reports from start to finish; coordinates information and makes arrangements for the annual Christian Leadership Alliance Conference, Finance Commission, National Audit Committee, and Risk Management Committee meetings; processes and tracks area invoices and purchase requisitions; coordinates information and arrangements for interoffice meetings; answers the telephone and responds to inquiries regarding area operations and services; opens mail for the Finance Department; prints and assembles all disbursements (e.g. checks, ACH) from accounting system; manages and maintains the Lotus Notes mailbox for Finance. Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. supplemented by secretarial courses from a technical or vocational school, and three to four years progressively responsible experience performing secretarial work in a general office,or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.  Benefits after 90 days.
